Pretty and classy cups

Looks so good!!! - also served to my frnds and they also noticed the unique design. One thing can be improved which is - delivery timeline . It took 5 days after order and i guess i was expecting sooner. Thanks!

Good quality mugs, but room for improvement on finish and presentation

I had high expectations given the price point, which I found to be on the higher side. I completely appreciate that handmade items won't have machine-level perfection, but for a premium product, I expected a slightly more refined finish. The bases of the cups are not smooth, and the exterior print quality doesn't fully justify the cost.
On the positive side, the packaging gets a 10/10 for safety—they were securely packed inside thick foam/thermocol and arrived in perfect condition. However, if you plan to gift these, the box isn't suitable for presentation; an outer gift-worthy box would better match the price tag.
The mugs themselves feel heavy, durable, and well-made overall. I'm eager to see how they hold up long-term after regular use and washing. Thank you for the safe delivery, and wishing Del Hogar India all the best!

Hi Abuzar, Thanks for a detailed review. The cup's outer part is matt finish and not gloss hence you might get a feeling of needing more refined finish. I urge you to try some of our glossy handpainted mugs and i am sure you will see it differently. as a feedback i will try to incorporate this into the product description for better expectations management. You're right we have spent more on the safety of the product first and i am so glad that you recognize it. we have some of the lowest breakage incidents as compared to industry standards and hence our claim on 100% damage replacements. thanks for recognizing the well made quality and we're working on the gift ready packaging soon. infact super soon. hope to have you shop again in the future
