Returns & Exchange Policy
At del hogar, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a simple and flexible return policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
What Can Be Returned?
(An uncut unboxing video IS A MUST for below points- due to consumable nature of the product)

Incorrect Item: Received the wrong product? We’ll send you the right one at no extra cost.

Quality Issues: If there's a defect in product's functionality which is other than slight handmade variations, we’ll replace it with a new item.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll either replace it or give you a full refund. An uncut unboxing video IS A MUST- for the same.(Damaged products issues need to be contacted for , within 48 hrs after delivery)
Returns & Refunds Process:
- We have a 48 hour return policy. Which means you have 48 hours after you receive the product to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, with tags and original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item and we find the product is in its original condition. your adjusted refund will be approved and We’ll notify you and process the refund within 7-10 business days through your original payment method.
- You can also opt for an exchange. After the exchange product is approved, it can take upto 15-18 days to deliver the replacement.
Please Note- No refunds for:
1.Incorrect Shipping Information: We will not be able to offer full refunds for orders that are returned back to us due to incorrect /incomplete shipping addresses or Incorrect contact details provided by the customer. Shipping charges and Return shipping charges will have to be deducted from the customer's end. We can help to reship the package at an additional charge as per courier fares to your region.
2. For undelivered orders due to unavailability of the customer (due to any reason)- shipping and return charges will not be refunded and will be adjusted from the paid amount.
3. Partial COD orders not delivered due to unavailability of the customer(at the time of delivery) will not be refunded for the paid amount.
Cancellations:
- You can cancel your order by emailing us at support@delhogar.in .Cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order, if the order has not been shipped yet.
Reminder- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours at info@delhogar.in /support@delhogar.in to register your issue. please note if you have made the request within 48 hours, it will automatically eb considered in time whether or not you get a response back within the 48 hours.
A Quick Note that applies to all products.: You may notice slight variations in size, color, or texture, as well as small dot marks or bubble spots—these aren’t imperfections but the distinct charm of handmade artistry. Some machine made items also might slightly vary from 1 piece to another in color, shape, finish. These will not be considered defects.
