Just send us a clear unboxing video (from the moment you start to open the package) within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours and send a fast, free replacement.

🔁 If You Changed Your Mind or Want to Exchange:

We understand! If you want to return or exchange an item for any other reason:

We’ll offer you a store credit or a replacement of your choice.

In this case, we request you to cover only the return shipping cost.

The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact.
