help. You can request a return or
replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

If Your Product is Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect:

We offer free replacement for:

• Broken or damaged items
• Wrong product received
• Manufacturing defects

Just send us a clear unboxing video (from the moment you start to open the package) within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will verify the issue within 48 hours and send a fast, free replacement.

🔁 If You Changed Your Mind or Want to Exchange:

We understand! If you want to return or exchange an item for any other reason:

We’ll offer you a store credit or a replacement of your choice.

In this case, we request you to cover only the return shipping cost.

The product must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact.

Important Notes:

Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.

We do not accept returns for used items or minor color/texture variations, as many of our products are handmade and uniquely crafted.

Refunds are only offered as store credit — we do not process monetary refunds.
